What is the return policy?

Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, let us know and we’ll do our best to work with you to make it right.

We offer 14-day return policy.
To start a return please contact us by sending an email to info@buxii.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you information where to send the package.

RETURN CONDITIONS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
To ensure a smooth return process, please note that we will accept a return if:

* The item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags
* The item is properly packaged for return and not damaged

DISCLAIMER
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (except when wrong item was sent or item is defective)
* The customer assumes responsibility for the package until we receive the return
* Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

What is the delivery time?

We ship your orders using the best available shipping options for your country. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, but it might take longer.

Yes, we offer a free shipping to Europe on orders over 200€
